Come on [Text removed by MSE Forum Team], there's a good chap, step up to the Bench and answer the question. Get used to it if I were you.
  • Answer the Question and do not lead people further down the blind alley you already have.

Why have you omitted the POA from your Claim? Explain in clear concise English for the benefit of us all.

POWER OF ATTORNEY IS NO MORE RELEVANT TO OUR CASE THAN YOUR REAL IDENTITY

There you go, is that clear enough now?
  • I came across Lewis on another thread and at first gave him the benefit of showing a slight interest in what he was saying.

Almost immediately he offered to talk to me on Skype. I declined and asked what he had to hide. He did not answer.

I asked why he was on a Property118 v West Brom forum. He did not answer.

I asked what was in it for him. He did not answer.

I asked if his goal was to de-rail the Property118 class action. He did not answer.

I asked if he worked for West Brom. He did not answer.

I asked how much West Brom was paying him. He said he did not need money.

What he did do was to become very aggressive toward the two Marks, others that challenged him and Property118 in general, repeating over and over again the same old thing about POA, over and over and over and over. I even said at one point that I was concerned he would turn on me just because I did not agree.

Eventually, I got fed up reading his numerous rambling posts and against my better judgement did some independent research. I wasted my time. Lewis or rather Stephen is not all about truth as he claims to be. He takes something small that is partially true and then unpicks it, re-forms it, and moulds it into something completely different to suit his own agenda. Something which is not true at all.

But he refuses to answer simple questions with straight answers in case his real agenda is exposed.

Sorry Lewis, this is a conclusion I reached pretty quickly based on your posts and independent research - and I started from a completely neutral standpoint.

As I tried to explain to you on the other forum, you have completely failed to convince me. I just hope that no one else falls for your fantasies.

[Text removed by MSE Forum Team] what is your plan for your members if you lose the lawsuit? Is there a danger of your members having their mortgages recalled in and have to go else where at a far higher rate?

    I repeat the questions

    1. Why is it not relevant?

    2. What in your opinion is the POA and what does it entitle the Bank to do on behalf of Mortgagors?

    3. Does the POA enable the Bank to hike Rates? Yes or No?

Try direct answers there's a good chap to each specific question.
  • Mike you can only convince yourself that is not my role.
  • who I am is irrelevant, what is relevant are the Facts of the Case in an open forum

The terms are written into the contract, you ignored them or did not read them.

The terms were not written into the contract. That's the whole point. That's why West Brom are taking something they are not entitled to. We're happy to go in front of the judge to prove it. Why aren't they??
