Update
I got the credit facilities sorted, it was a simple error...
Entirely my fault, I put my address through without adding 'Apartment' so I did not show up on the electoral roll!
I initially spoke to someone who was a little rude to be honest, and kept trying to tell me I did not show on the electoral roll, but I was constantly telling her I was, and I know it was on my credit file, and that I vote, but she was not budging.
After I put the phone down, I thought on it and realised that perhaps it was because I missed the 'Apartment' bit out on my address, and so I called back. I spoke to a really helpful lady who checked and confirmed I was on the electoral roll! :T
She couldn't have been more helpful so thumbs up to her!
And a big thanks to StClair for the phone number she provided!
I only really want this account so I can get discount codes and help improve and build up my credit further!0 -

How very bizarre...
I went to log in this morning on the account to check my order was on it's way, ordered next day delivery as I need shoes for a wedding this weekend. I couldn't log in... It was as if my account had disappeared!
Emailed the 'Account Investigations' this morning, feeling pretty peeved, and worrying the account had been cancelled again! Advised my dad to not bother waiting in for parcel as I had received no confirmation email it was on it's way or with the courier (which is what normally happens with my PAYG JD Williams account!)
Decided after talking to friend to order the shoes on the PAYG account - I can only get shoes from this place that fit me! Dad phones me saying the parcel has arrived... and I then find I have an email confirming it has been despatched, but I still cannot log into the account!
Several hours pass, and now I can log in!

I did try that this morning both ways, and this afternoon but it did not work. However it has worked this evening, tried a few times!
I guess time will tell and I await a reply to the email I sent this morning! I shall keep you posted!0 -

You should give them a call rather than waiting for a reply to an email.
Does your credit limit still show on your account? maybe your order was held in referral?Im an ex employee RBS GroupHowever Any Opinion Given On MSE Is Strictly My Own0 -

The account still shows the £125 starter limit, minus the first order that I got today, a pair of boots are on a 28 day wait!
I will call them tomorrow just to question what happened earlier today!
Thanks for your help.0
