I received my card this morning and looked online at the 'My Account' section and it said I had 0 points and 0 cash. Did anyone have to upload the points to the card or did you just go to the restaurant with the card as is?

I got cards for myself and partner that arrived yesterday, I checked yesterday and no points were showing but checked again today and they are there fine for both cards. Looking forward to a meal in Manchester next week!

I, my wife and 2 children ate at Piccolino in Chester last night and it was excellent. 3 mains (our daughter is only 1yo), 3 sides, 4 drinks came to £46. We had 2 cards to use which took £40 off so a nice cheap eat for us all.

For those that have had their card arrive recently- can I ask if it is actually taking 3 weeks to receive the card from time of registration (as mentioned ealier in the thread)? I'm hoping to eat out in Liverpool in just under 3 weeks time so don't want to miss out if it doesn't arrive in time!

In the meantime you can register with Club Individual at any one of our restaurants.

I filled in the form and pressed the "Join" button.

It gave two errors:

I didn't fill in the field "If you wish to register a Club Individual Card you have picked up from one of our restaurants please enter the card number here", and it said:

Please enter a card number

Then under the phone numbers it says "If you are happy for Individual Restaurant Company to contact you by telephone or text message please fill in your telephone numbers.", so I left them blank. It gave the error:

Please provide at least one contact number

So it seems to be saying you need a card to be able to sign up.

Used my card today, the meal was really lovely. Staff were very attentive and no issues using the card. The waitress gave my Daughter a card application so she could get one as well!
Looking forward to a return visit, the ice cream was amazing! Salted caramel and malteaser.:T

well the Zinc bar and grill in Manchester is posh... I would not recommend the Sirlion at all... OH had it and it was so grisly and tough with a load of glands in the meat making it very hard to eat...which OH just left..
