You can either sign up online or pick a card up in one of the restaurants.

Once registered they will send you an email and you activate your account and then have £20 of points on your card - works like a £20 gift card.

There is such a thing as a free lunch

The £20 credit expires 28 days after registering. I don't know how quickly they post the cards out but if they take a couple of weeks you may have to book very quickly after receiving one to take advantage of it.
  • Doesn't bother me about getting the card yesterday. It's still a free meal. Thank you OP!
  • Nicee. Thanks

Hi epm, can you tell me where you see the 28 day credit expiry period in the T&Cs ? I can only see that points can be used at "your leisure".

I think this is the bit that epm is quoting.

Club Individual Points are only valid upon confirmation that the Member's Club Individual card has been activated. Any Club Individual points earned in excess of 28 days before the card is activated will be forfeited.

I read that as not expiring after 28 days as epm said, I read it as having to register your card within 28 days of receiving the points.

    Could be wrong though?

It doesn't even mention the offer in the T&Cs as far as I can see, it was only in a banner at the top of the site. However, in the confirmation email I got it said "Click to activate your loyalty card and 400 Club Individual points (£20) will be added to your balance. Please allow up to 24 hours for your welcome gift to become active. Your £20 welcome gift will expire 28 days from date of registration.
(Please refer to subject line of your welcome email)"
  • Found it, thanks.

There is no mention of the 28 expiry date until you actually register (as I have just done), and receive the confirmation email.
  • This is a great :D Thanks for posting!
  • Has anyone received their card yet?

Not yet - customer service doesn't look to be too high on their agenda, does it? :(
