They've sent out an email saying due to popular demand the cards will take up to 3 weeks to be sent out but they will extend the expiry date of the free credit to compensate for that.0 -
Not yet - customer service doesn't look to be too high on their agenda, does it?
Customer service is looking good in my opinion, I received a lovely email stating that due to popular demand the cards will take up to 3 weeks to be sent out but the expiry dates of the credit will be extended to compensate.
Couldnt ask more from them in terms of customer service to be honestI’m a Senior Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Competitions Time, Shopping & Freebies boards, Employment, Jobseeking & Training boards If you need any help on these boards, do let me know. I think we have to agree to differ on customer service. In my book, if a company offers something it's good customer service to deliver it quickly.
A standard 'delay' email sent out to applicants doesn't really fit the bill - and they can hardly insist on the 28 day limit if it's taken almost that to get the card!0 -

I agree with you about extending the 28 say limit, as you say, they havent really got a choice.
I find with the majority of freebies that they take on average 28 days to arrive, thats if they ever arrive so a 3 week delay with an explanation is fine by me. I have applied for many freebies from very reputable companies that never arrive due to overwhelming response which makes sense when they are posted on copious amounts of freebie sites.
Lets hope this one ends wellI’m a Senior Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Competitions Time, Shopping & Freebies boards, Employment, Jobseeking & Training boards If you need any help on these boards, do let me know. You can either sign up online or pick a card up in one of the restaurants.
Once registered they will send you an email and you activate your account and then have £20 of points on your card - works like a £20 gift card.
There is such a thing as a free lunch
