Absolutely B - it's a real pet hate of mine for it to be the wrong way round and I also change it round if I'm out :rotfl:

    Agreed! B.
    I'm the same. I change it if it's A :p

If you bought 6 along with 3 triggers in the same shop wouldn't the apg still group each of the 3 Doves together and show the £5 multibuy? I think you can only get 2 in each shop but could be wrong.
    * , not **

Evangeline means the meat free meat balls , but it's 3 for £4.50 not £4

I did mean the meatballs yes, thanks COT. My mistake causing confusion, they're 3 for £4.50 in Tosco. Please see below for this mornings shop, I was right thinking buying 6 is best as I paid £9 for 6 but the comparison thinks I paid £12 :)
    This mornings shop AvT

    1 x Dolmio Bolognese Sauce - Original Low Fat (735g) £2.55 £1.30
    1 x Dolmio Bolognese Sauce - Original (750g) £2.55 £1.30
    1 x Dolmio Sauce for Meatballs Tomato & Basil (750g) £2.56 £1.30
    1 x Dolmio Sauce for Meatballs - Tomato & Chilli (750g... £2.56 £1.30

1 x Dettol Healthy Touch Antibacterial Moisture Handwa... £1.00 £1.00
    1 x Dettol Revitalise Handwash (250ml) £1.00 £1.00

    6 x ASDA Meat Free Meat Balls (400g) £12.00 £9.00*
    1 x Dove Essential Nourishment Body Lotion - Dry Skin ... £4.00 £1.99**
    1 x Dove Purely Pampering Shea Body Lotion (250ml) £4.00 £1.99**

*Multibuy still not being recognised - these are £2 each or 2 for £3 in Sada, 3 for £4.50 in T. Need to buy 6 for maximum return.

    Good luck :D

I think that planning is key to this. When you know you're doing a fast day, plan what you are going to have, and try your hardest not to deviate from it.

10 mins of planning is all it takes

Tea is planned, I know will be under 500 cals, wholewheat pasta with roasted tomatoes, and courgette sauce. Portion leftover from last night but I won't be putting cheese on top. :)

End of week will be (whoopsied) smoked salmon from freezer and egg. I feel like I am spoiling myself then. :D

Cherish those you have in your life because you never know when they won't be there anymore.

No matter how you feel, get up, dress up & never give up.

We have 3 wheelie bins here, each collected every 2 weeks. We have to pay for the green garden waste one and then fork out an annual charge for it to be emptied. At least we've quite a long drive to put them in, MIL really struggles at her flat.

You have to pay:eek: that's shocking! :( We have had wheelie bins for a while now. One for non-recyclable rubbish, one for paper and cardboard, one for garden and food waste and a box for cans and bottles etc.
I compost all of my garden waste and I have virtually no food waste at all. I do like the wheelie bins much better than when we had bags but it must be a real pain if you have limited space.
  • These are the glitchy meatballs

Found in the frozen vegetarian section. They're not showing on msm. Go nicely with the family size Dolmio sauce which is currently on offer in Tosco for £1.30 :)

Thank you to the OP who mentioned the A pear slices. Now RtC to 25p. Got the last 3. They're bbe oct but can make crumbles etc to use up, don't suspect there will be any left though by then

And thanks to OP who mentioned Sada Mandarin Gateau - got 2 at 25p, no SEL. Had to really stretch to the top shelf tho' as I'm only 5ft. Had to use other boxes to edge them to the front :rotfl:

We have to pay for our green bin to be emptied too.

We got the actual bin for free when it was trialled for a year where we did not have to pay anything.

We do compost most things but have a lot of holly, blackberry and other thorny bushes around so we pay rather than load the car up with it.
