I know the savings are not quite right, I got to go now, ill check all info later tonight
Hi Zippy, looking on mysup. I think it's comparing against S's British or Irish lean steak mince which is £3.95 a pack or two
for £6, so you need to buy in multiples of 2. It's not picking up the multibuy for 3 either on your receipt, so I reckon the best thing is to buy in sixes.
Pay £20 for 6, PP should compare £24 T v £18 S = £6 PP.
You pay £14 for 6 packs which makes it £2.33 a pack.
Good spot! :T:T:T:T:THope is not a strategy.0 -

Small glitch on APG on bramley cooking apples - receipt from today.
3 items on your bill qualify for comparison ASDA Waitrose
0.92 x ASDA Bramley Cooking Apples per kg £1.52 £0.45
These are £1.65 kg on MSM for A but are N/A for Waities logged in and out. Checked on W.com and they are £2.05 per kg so this comparison price isn't right and would make them very cheap if comparing to Waities.
I have worked it out, W.com shows an apple at 49p and price of £2.05 per kg. I know A's use MSM but I can only assume that the comparison price is comparing to the Waities price of 49p as a per kg price not per apple.
Sorry not more interesting but a really good price if you want them lol!
Very interesting.:)

afternoon gang,
tried for my first proper dtd today and got well and truly trouted, to such an extent I have also popped my complain to head office cherry.
I saw a lovely duvet set on the shelf and guessed it must be wrong as the sel said £3.25 for the single and over £20 for all other sizes.
It went through at £15 and I told the sa at the till but she was not really interested and directed me to customer service, who had a closed sign up at ten to four:(
I told them I had a big overcharge and they said they would look but one lady had decided it was not going to happen and without even checking she offered to refund the item and TAKE IT BACK.
I was not happy and asked for a manager and they went to the aisle, leaving me at the desk.
I trotted up there after a while and found her telling the manager all sorts including that I had got it from a different shelf and it was a different product bla bla.
I confromted her and asked her to get cctv as I had picked it up from the correct shelf, I also asked her where the other items were and she could not show me.
In the end the manager let me have it at the cheaper price but refused any dtd as it was "not their fault".
As it was all going on another member of staff came over and said that the product had been relaunched with different packaging but was the same item and had been put out too soon.
I am now waiting for head office to investigate but I don't like being called a liar behind my back.
What on earth are these people up to, does it really come out of their wages, or what??
sorry to rant, but it has calmed me down just typing about it.0 -
What's that silly story about life-threatening fire on the 'duck' on the Thames?
They jump in the water in their lifejackets and for the adults the water goes up to barely above their knees lol :cool:0 -
