Are the items from your second order still in the basket? That's what's happened to my order . In "my orders" I have a few that have timed out, but with nothing in the orders. The last one which has used the code says the code value is £19 which is right, but there's no items in that order and my basket is full.
In other accounts' orders that have gone through I can see the items in the order so I doubt this has gone through (
