Wellll Tom up to now it hasn t been too bad today touch wood mainly since I discovered I should use ice on a nerve and heat I presume for a muscle. Silly Susie was spraying it with stinky Ralgex spray . Managed to struggle round the local boot sale earlier dosed up with anti inflammatory, pain killers and a cold shoulder lol.
