    Mine was for £19 so it might be worth going back and checking if you think it didn't go through initially :j

    Anyone that gets this problem, DO NOT go back, just refresh your page until it goes through ok. ;)

    In the end the manager let me have it at the cheaper price but refused any dtd as it was "not their fault".
    As it was all going on another member of staff came over and said that the product had been relaunched with different packaging but was the same item and had been put out too soon.
    I am now waiting for head office to investigate but I don't like being called a liar behind my back.
    What on earth are these people up to, does it really come out of their wages, or what??

    Happens all the time but if you are perfectly pleasant and phone T CS at HQ number about this, you would normally get some kind of DTD/ credit.

  • Hope I've got my glitching mojo back as I've finally got out to try the 3 for £5 glitchy stuff. Not sure if I've done it right but will know in about an hour :(

    Not sure why but I found it really hard to get my head round this one :eek: did anybody else find it difficult? And the triggers also confused me. :o

    Thanks to all who gave me the info and tried to help - I'm not normally so thick, I promise ;):(;)

    Are the items from your second order still in the basket? That's what's happened to my order :(. In "my orders" I have a few that have timed out, but with nothing in the orders. The last one which has used the code says the code value is £19 which is right, but there's no items in that order and my basket is full.
    In other accounts' orders that have gone through I can see the items in the order so I doubt this has gone through (

    No nothing in basket order history shows order and value but no items

    sorry to rant, but it has calmed me down just typing about it.

    Rant away Wendy, your not the first to fall foul of Tesco C/S's terrible attitude toward customers ( not all of them I must add).

    You didn't really pop your dtd cherry so i'm afraid it's a big X @ betterlucknexttime :D

    Re the last bit, Tesco do have a staff share scheme, so to a certain extent, you can understand why they may not want to pay customers to take the stock away :rotfl::rotfl:

    Hope you've calmed down now :D
