TBH learning not to stall the car would probbly be the best thing you could do.
Or is it stalling of its own accord when you pull up?0 -
I think waht is likely happening is that the engine is flooding slightly. When you stall it, it injects fuel and this is not burnt. Then, when you restart it, it injects MORE fuel, and this floods the engine. You have to turn the engine over a bit more, pump air through the cylinders to clear the fuel in them, and then it will reluctantly start. This problem is made worse by the car being cold: The engine injects more fuel (Running rich) than normal under cold start and running conditions.
As above, the solution is learn not to stall the car. It will come with practice. If it feels like it's about to stall, dip the clutch and let the engine revs recover.0
