Sending attachments in an email causing crashes!

erm, don't know to both and complete technophobe (as you can no doubt tell!) so don't know how to find out.

The laptop is less than 18 months old, if that helps.

OK...
Go to Start, then Computer, then across the top you should see one that says "System Properties"
Click on that

That will tell you what OS you are running.
It should say Windows...
It's the numbers & words after windows that we'd like to know.

Also, when you go onto the internet do you use Internet Explorer, or Google Chrome or Firefox?
Whichever one it is, go to the Help section, then About and that will tell you what version you are running.

WINDOWS 7 HOME PREMIUM SERVICE PACK 1

Internet Explorer 10.

I do use Google Chrome occasionally and not sure if I've had the same problem with sending email attachments on there. I will try it and report back - although sometimes it does work on Internet Explorer, it seems to be an intermittent problem. Usualy goes wrong when I've got some sort of deadline!
