    Update!

    After complaining via KF Website & Emailing there CS, My husband got a phone call The Caller was rude & Unhelpful! He told my OH that he didn't know what he was complaining about & that he should be greatful that the technician did us a favour by NOT charging for the repair!!!!! As far as we can see there was NO repair needed!!! I will be getting a mechanic to check to see if infact anything was done when I have my 3yr service!

    Lesson learned :(
    ****Everything comes to those who wait......it just seems like I have been waiting forever!****
