Apologies if repost, I searched for 6300 and didnt find anything.
Im not normally one to go for cashbacks. Ive only done it the once and that was thru carphone warehouse.
But looking at this deal, it looks okay. Im posting it here cos its phones4u.co.uk which are supposed to be reputable.

Don't spend five pounds to dry clean a shirt. Donate it to the charity shop instead. They'll clean it and put it on a hanger. Next morning buy it back for two pounds.

If you do a general web search on phones4u you will realsie that they have one of the worst customer service records and people moaning of different ways they try and get out of paying u cashback.0

            Really? thats not good then.
I did as you say and did a search.
It seems phones4u do pay out but u got to do exactly as they say. I got this from reading it here http://www.dooyoo.co.uk/offline-shopping-misc/phones-4u/1034542/
But then reading this, it seems otherwise http://www.reviewcentre.com/review179735.html
Difficult to judge then.
One thing could about carphonewarehouse is you have 60days to claim your cashback. Ive sent of my 1st bill (4th airtime one) to them and they sent me a text message saying they have received it.:hello:

if u want this i wouldnt hang around its a cracking deal which may be a mistake!0 -
I will state up front i work for phones 4u.
The chequeback rules are more relaxed that other retailers some retailers only give you ten 10days to claim!!!
usually with phones 4u you have 60days to claim from the claim date in this case its 30 days- phones 4u accept copies of the bill- you dont have to send originals and I always advise customers to send it in recorded delivery. As long as you send in the bills at the right time and dont miss one you will get your money!!
Please note - This is better than we can do in store!!!!!

Send your 3rd, 6th, 9th and 12th monthly bills within 30 days of the date stated on the relevant airtime bill, to us and we will credit you by cheque with £120.00 each time.In trust deed. debt free by Dec 2011, i hope.0 -

Why bother with all that redemption cheque back rubbish, it designed for you to forget, otherwise cracking deal

Ps: same phone £119.99 on payg on o2 website (nothing as cheap on sleazebay), I'm already an o2 customer payg (good tariff: 100 x-mins a month for £10 + keep tenner credit!) and got £7 knocked off as an upgrade
O2 shops do same, you must be existing o2 customer i.e, don't need new sim. 0 -

I'm on 3 with a cool LG phone, can use it abroad.
500 mins
100 txts
25 multimedia msgs
25 mins video calls
£5 download a month

You are right, they rely on people overspending, or forgetting to reclaim. Write it in your diary. Thought we are all about winning, claiming, and saving! I've claimed two payments now without difficulty! My phone costs me nothing!
Depends how much you use it, what you want to use it to do, and if you keep a diary :-)0 -

I was on 100mins x-net/100 text for 2.5 years with Vodafone. £18 a month.
I have recently upgraded (last Friday). It seems if you keep pushing you may end up getting more.
I got a free SE k800i, Memory card and bluetooth headset plus £10 knocked off for 15 months. It is an upgrade for 18months but only a tenner for 15 months isnt too bad.
I asked for the memory card and headset. I asked for more, like phone cover etc but they said they ran out of stock. Thats either true or a way of not giving me more. Not too bothered as deal seems okay.
I tried to get N95 but no chance with that.
I suggest u ask them again, see what else they can do, or throw in with that fone. Or try to get a better fone.:hello:
