    hello!
Can i have a coffee please?! been up since 7 and im starting to get tired
  • Aw.. Purps, why didn't you go with him?
We had a lovely wedding anniversary on Sunday. Instead of buying me a present I asked DH to tidy up the garden for me so that I could enjoy sitting in it and watching DD and her friends play. He worked really hard and made it look gorgeous. Then he cooked a barbeque and we sat out in the lovely garden.

I guess you've never had a 17 year old stay with you before.
Shall we tell you scarey teenager stories? Or do you prefer to be surprised? ;)

Never had a 17 yr old stay before, no. Maybe I am being naive but I think we will be just fine!

Ever wonder about those people who spend £2 apiece on those little bottles of Evian water? Try spelling Evian backward.
  • I'll make us all a coffee before I have to do the school run.
I'm having my hair done at the local college tonight. I'm having some of the grey taken out and blonde put in!

  • Hee hee --- he very nearly ended up on the sofa! :rotfl:

Didn't go with him as it was a wee bit unplanned to be honest - spur of the moment thing when he was already out doing something he always does on a Tuesday and it turns out it was friend's birthday...so off they went.

I was happy enough with the wine, box of choccies (present) and Gok Wan/Gordon Ramsey on the telly! :j Hmm - makes me wish that I looked good nekkid - but eating wine and drinking choccies won't help!

    Where's the strawberries gone!

Lol, that just shows you the difference between me and christmasshopper - she suggests going out with him - I suggest locking him out :o

This may be why me and hubby are arguing a lot at the moment  :D

Kept me in an *almost* nearly forgiving mood when OH rolled in! Somehow I don't think that His Gokness could get me to do half the things he manages to get everyone else to do --- and as for the catwalk experience. I don't think so!! (too much chocolate, wine and a 2 year old...I still look 14 months pregnant!)

Christmasshopper I wish the cake lady well ite VERY hard to get started. I tried to do that a couple of Christmases ago using top notch stuff -organic eggs, Farm butter(even made my own a lot of the time, top of the range vine fruits, etc all gogod stuff. Scottish butter in the Dundee cake. But sadly people like the idea of cakes with "good stuff" in them they do not however, like paying for them:eek:
