It's Wednesday afternoon. The kettle's on. I have bought a madiera cake and some flapjacks from a lady in the village who is just in the proccess of setting up her own cake company. Time for afternoon tea.

Hi Snaggles. I had to double check that it was Wednesday too! I'm out of my routine this week. I'm still trying to catch up on the jobs I missed last week by going to the school appeal hearings.
Good news though... we won our appeal so DD can go to the school we think will be better for her.
I hope some cake eaters turn up. I bought loads!

i will gladly take the cake off your hands! lol!!!! Great news about the school though! Im still stuck in the same position but i have vowed i will get myself out of said situation by hook or by crook!!!

Anniversary today so I will skip the cake as going out for a nice meal tonight. Can I just have a cup of tea?

I have to resist the temptation to comfort eat all the cake so just a pint of vodka for me, thanks Failing that tea, white no sugar, ta.
