Today I missed 2 calls and green light started flashing on the bottom of my phone and I can't stop it. When I press the missing number it starting ringing and I stopping it. I don't see any notification if there is a voicemail. Please can someone help me? Thank you

Have you got the ringer volume turned down/off? The flashing light is a notification light. There is notification of missed calls and text in the notification bar, by sliding from the top of the screen downwards (standard android stuff) .

    Go into Settings-Display-Light Effects.

There you can play around with the LED notifications, change their settings/colours etc.

It's an Xperia SP. If you've been Googling for Xpedia you may have trouble finding anything online.

I found the notification bar, thanks. it has voicemail (have no idea how to listen to it, what to press, also asking to activate McAfee mobile security, mobile data is disabled. I dont need to activate McAfee as I dont want to connect to internet now.

You can uninstall junk apps like McAfee by holding down on them in the app drawer then moving them to Uninstall on the top left of the screen.

Did it not come with a booklet of instructions in a box? Most new electrical items do. Find that and read it, or if as my OH does chuck those out and rely on intuition which has never worked. Which seems to be what you have done?
Am I the only one left in the world who reads instructions?

it came with a little instruction, basically how to turn it on and turn off. That is why I have no clue how to use it. It's my first smartphone which I won via Pepsi competition.
