Complaint to a local small business (escape room) ended up with PCN from UKPS cancelled.
Initial email said no cancellation as they had evidence of vehicle passengers leaving the site but after a few days and another email stated they would cancel it as a good will gesture. Very pleased as we like this business and didn't want to have to boycott it!
Can post a copy of the initial email if it's helpful?£2023 in 2023 challenge - £17.79 January3 -

UKPC tried to ignore the Equality Act and issue a PCN for an overstay in a retail park despite a passenger having a disability. Complaint to the landowner (JLL) resulted in this being cancelled.

I've removed any identifying info and put a bolded [suggestions] to indicate this is something another poster would need to amend.I am writing to you to complain about the predacious actions of the parking agent operating at your business premises, [Parking Company Name], who have issued a parking charge notice to the vehicle of which I am the registered keeper, [car reg], on [date]. The PCN reference is [ref number], issued on [date].
It is [Parking Company Name] suggested case that my vehicle was in violation of the spurious description of [reason for PCN being given - in our case that occupants were seen leaving the site]. This claim is simply untrue - on this occasion the vehicle was parked so that the occupants could attend your business and to browse other businesses in the development therefore the accusation is outrageous, baseless and predatory. Not only this, but local signage on the entrance to the car park clearly indicates that pay and display tickets are required to be purchased if parking between the hours of 6pm and 6am. We attended your business at 10:30am and had left the site just after 12:15pm after browsing in other businesses in the retail park. Furthermore, whilst there are multiple signs stating that this is private land for customer parking only, there is no way to prove who is and who isn't a customer at this site. There is no indication that a car needs to be validated within any onsite business to confirm that it had parked by customers. We are now expected to have to explain our actions to a third party private company who we had no dealings with, no contract with, and who are demanding a not insignificant amount of money from us.My family have visited [business details] to [business details] on multiple occasions and always enjoyed our time there as we find [the business/products/experience - delete as applicable] to be of a very high quality therefore we have recommended it to many friends. However this attempt to extort money from me in the form of an unregulated parking 'ticket' has left us all feeling unwelcome and disinterested in both returning and recommending your business going forward. It is with great sadness that at present we will not return to [whatever you do at that business] due to the risk of receiving another exploitative parking 'ticket'.I would welcome your own view on this harassment and hope you see fit to ensure that [Parking Company Name] cancel the 'ticket' forthwith. It is incredibly disappointing that an aggressive agent such as [Parking Company Name] to have free reign to intimidate customers for their own profit, at your (and your customers') own expense.I look forward to hearing from you that this matter has been resolved in a reasonable time frame.
There was a little back and forth about whether it could be cancelled as they insisted that the parking company had seen the car occupants leave the site to which we replied that they did not have evidence of this but did eventually agree to have this PCN cancelled.

That's a great landowner complaint example.

Blue Badge displayed Harlow Hospital
https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6475439/blue-badge-displayed-harlow-hospital/p1
Hi all,
We have had a PCN cancelled thanks to the great help and informed advice from the guys from this forum. My fathers car was parked with his Blue Badge clearly displayed in Princess Alexandra Hospital Harlow Essex for 55 mins as he had an appointment at said Hospital. A few days later my father receivd a PCN from CPP (CarParkingPartnership) We appealed as instructed via the process CPP advise you to. Surprise! the appeal was rejected. We then contacted PALS to complain that the CPP cameras only capture numbers plates and not the Blue Badge my father was displaying. They also rejected that appeal. I then went to GOV.UK as advised from the guys on here namely Fruitcake & KeithP for the link!

Success once again by complaining to the landowner.
This time for a hospital, via the relevant PALS contact. Found via reading newbies thread and searching forum for how to find the PALS contact for my hospital.
Wrote a complaint to PALS, sent, shortly afterwards, received letter of charge confirmation. Happy.
