All seems to depend if you count the connection date and the bill date - I asked excel to add 120 days to 23rd Feb and it comes up with 23rd June but I can also see Reestit's logic - if only it were easy to get a sensible response from PhoneBoxDirect customer services :-(

I am on my second contract with PBD, my hubby is on his first and so is my sister in law and can say that so far I havent had any problems. Like Rajastyle I can confirm that they are slow in sending out the cheques, but do always answer emails when you chase up your cashback. It is a matter of waiting but the cashback cheque does come, eventually.

With reference to calculating when to send the bills, when I took out my original contract, PBD had a little work sheet that you could print off from their website, they dont have it now as I suppose they hope you will get it wrong as do many cashback companies. I will try to copy it and post it here later if it helps anyone.

I connected 23 feb and get bills dated 22nd of each month - I have an email from pbd saying I need to send a bill dated on or after 23 june - Ie the 22 june bill which is my 120th day of being connected is not correct....I will print the message and send it with my first claim with my 22 july bill
