Again, I think maybe you should dip your toes in the real world, there are many people in the OP's position. With the issue at hand it is not going to be a long protracted thread is it, it will very quickly come to it's conclusion.

It's amazing how telling an OP uncomfortable truths is bullying, but personalised jibes and insults is - well, what is it, exactly? Oh yes.... Bullying....

You know nothing about me, but it is amusing that you think I need to learn about the real world. You couldn't BEGIN to understand the real world I work in, but I tell you one fact for free - I know exactly what starving to death means, and nobody in this country needs to because even the harshest sanction still leaves avenues, such as those mentioned here which the poster doesn't want to use, to prevent that from happening. You have no clue what the real world is if you think that refusing help is sensible, that refusing opportunities for education is sensible, that refusing to ask why you have been sanctioned is sensible, or that taking photos of alleged health and safety breaches IN FRONT OF MANAGEMENT is sensible.

I'm not sure if the OP is a wind up. I'm pretty sure you are. You have not a single productive solution to offer, but bully those who have. If we are so out of touch with the real world and you so in touch, tell us what the answer to the OP's problems are.

I can have whatever I want as my signature, thank you for rudely pointing out that it is incorrect - I bow to your superior knowledge.

Time I had a change anyway so thanks for the reminder!

It's amazing how someone likes to put words in your mouth. I do not recall mentioning bullying anywhere but then you obviously arent one to take in what you read are you or are you too unable to read?

With regards to knowing nothing about you, well please apply that to the OP because you obviously know !!!! all about them. You cannot even gauge what the real world is to you as it is to someone else when you simply do not know them. Again I think you might have trouble reading because because no where do I say it is sensible to refuse opportunities nor refusing education?

At no point has the OP refused to ask why he has been sanctioned
he stated it was due to a law and then figured out how to post a link, clearly not understanding the ins and outs.

Also he did not take photo's in front of management, they were seen, AFTER HE REPORTED IT.

I await your next made up thread

And I await your real world solutions. Until such time as you or the OP appear in the real world, then I see no reason to further waste my time either of you.
  • Got to say, the OP has done a real number on you lot. Comes in, gets everyone bickering and fighting, quietly withdraws. Tidy trolling job.

Why would you assume that ?

Have you seen DWP letters ?

I also assumed that when the DWP send a letter advising of a sanction there would be a reason stated on the letter. I found it hard to believe that the DWP would just send letters willy nilly to people stating that their benefits had stopped just for the sake of it. The DWP have standard letter templates across the board and policies/rules that they adhere too. (No i dont work for the DWP :P)

As you can see from the pic attached , there is a reason given on the letter (and op has confirmed its the same letter they have received). The letter says its because the OP didn't attend the work programme earlier on this year.

Why would you assume, if you don't know how these organisations operate.

It does not say that, it says "did not take part", that could mean anything to do with work programme from one extreme to another.

It doesn't give a date, doesn't say specifically what he didn't do.

Anyone trying to help OP, like advice centre, hasn't got specifics to work with in writing.
  • I rest my case, your honour, those inconsistencies are obviously the work of someone purporting to be someone he is not.:D
That is also a sign of dyslexia.
I should know as my OH has it. No ammount of literacy classes can correct this.

Not I fear in this case, which was the work of a clearly manipulative troll who retired from the thread after being deliberately evasive on key points. As a result, others have attacked his seeming illiteracy thus provoking others to rise to his defence and still others to chide those who failed to understand him.
I suppose it's a dubious credit to "Job Hunter" that he has managed to create a thread with upward of 130 replies (and still climbing).

Anyway, I said I was retiring from this thread and only returned because you quoted me in your post.

Or maybe he was actually telling the truth here...
