I see, so the OP must have received the first letter.
All I can say is good luck to the OP and the people on here who think bullying is taking place and as they seem to know it all about the JC and the WP they can help the OP

I'm unsure if this thread is a wind-up or not, but I don't feel I have anything to offer beyond what others have already said so I'm out of here too. I haven't seen any bullying - just a lot of frustration at how very hard it has been to winkle relevant info out of the OP for people trying to help. Good luck, OP, whatever the issue is."Save £12k in 2019" #120 - £100,699.57/£100,0000

To those of you posting recriminations about "bullying" etc, I think you too are the victims of taking this thread at face value, the OP is being deliberately evasive to encourage such frustration. No one is being bullied, but quite a few people are being led down the garden path IMHO.0 -

Yes you are being bullied for not being able to read and write properly.
It is very easy for people on here to pick faults with peoples grammar
They would prefer to ridicule than helpOwing on CC £00.00 :j

I have no idea if this thread is a wind up or not. I do know that to be able to find mse by googling your problem and then registering with the site to be able to post means you do have some degree of literacy skills.
However the situation the OP states is one that unfortunately there are alot of people in, the JC doesn't help much, it is hard enough to get any help out of them if you are educated let alone if you struggle with literacy etc (and these are the people that need the help most). You do not need to be literate to do a lot of jobs but there are so many people going for those jobs that only the ones with good well written application forms get a look in, that is sad.0 -

For the record, I don't know or care of the OP is for real, other than to say that if they aren't, they have wasting a lot of good peoples time. I think the work programme is a waste of space. And the job centre could be a more user friendly service at times.
But honestly, after watching this thread grow for a couple of days, the OP needs to get in the real world. They have an excuse for everything. They can't /won't go to a food bank even though they are starving. They can't /won't go to family. They can't /won't go to friends. They can't /won't learn to improve their language skills. They can't /won't find out why they have been sanctioned, and can't /won't tell us why not.
Well, for starters, the world depends on writing skills even if your employment doesn't, and if you want to stand on your own two feet then you need to be able to write. You are here asking a bunch of strangers for help IN WRITING, and we can barely make any sense of it because you can't write. What does that tell you? Is it not a heavy hint that you need to improve?
And as for your jobs don't require you to be able to write, how would you know - you haven't had one for four years. Either they now do, and you can't compete any more; or there aren't any of those jobs around, so you need to get your act together and learn to do what the jobs that are around need. If you have been seeking work that hard for four years, and are prepared to take whatever is out there to get back into work, then obviously something isn't working for you, and you need to fix it. !!!!!! the work programme won't get paid for you unless they get you a job, so why would they be putting you down as unemployable? Unless there is something seriously suggesting that?
And I'm sorry but there is something else you need telling. It's not right, but it's true, that a fair few employers willing to employ the unskilled and barely literate are also not great employers who care too much about the niceties of law or health and safety. Going around taking photos of breaches in front of management is going to get you sacked /sanctioned anywhere. You either need to suck it up for the sake of playing the game and getting /keeping a job, or you need to be a sight cleverer about how to report it. And who to.
There are no quick fixes for you, but you have had loads of great advice here and seem to rubbish all of it and give reasons why you can't take it. If you are for real you should be listening to people and getting your act in gear. Because otherwise you will spend the next four years doing this over and over again.
Again, I think maybe you should dip your toes in the real world, there are many people in the OP's position. With the issue at hand it is not going to be a long protracted thread is it, it will very quickly come to it's conclusion.jacques_chirac wrote: »AP007 has been more than helpful to the OP, and shown a great deal of tolerance when the OP has been deliberately obtuse. You seem to think anyone that is not all {{{hugs}}} is rude, when in fact the questions asked by AP007 et al have just been trying to get the facts of the situation.
I would suggest it is you that needs to leave well alone - all you are doing is feeding a pretty blatant troll!
It is also the case others have been far more tolerant, do we measure the tolerance based on AP007 when we are posting? Sometimes obtaining facts from people takes a bit longer because they do not comprehend what is required. If other people want to post with regards to the OP then that is their prerogative, so dont see why you are posting. People on here are not think and it is their choice whether they want to post or not.jacques_chirac wrote: »My advice was dismissed, apparently the OP feels his lack of literacy skills are not important. I'd hate to see what his application forms are like
Nice thinly veiled dig. Well done. Some people get through life and bumble along without having literacy skills, for them other things are far more important to them.0
