    Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')

    They usually do say. Similar to all the others named it is certain ones only depending on location.

    As for barbaric that is debatable but you might want to check all the meat you buy as they do not have to say by law how it is slaughtered, watch out for anything from New Zealand as a lot of their meat is classed as Halal under certain rules.
