Mcdonald Pancakes Awol

I recently had Mcdonald Pancake - gate with my 6 year old daughter ...
After having to get her up at 5am and travel 2 hours on the train to work (she was spending the morning with me at work). The promise of a rare Mcdonald Pancakes and syrup treat kept her on her best behaviour.
Sod's law when we get there they have been removed from the menu for H+S reasons.
4 weeks on, this morning in another branch and they aren't on the menu.
So the question is can anyone solve the mystery of the missing pancakes?
(Thankfully daddy work adventure and free lego made up for the breakfast).

Sounded like BS to me though it was a move on and not ruin the day situation. (My daughter lives with her mum in the other side of the country so rarely rarely goes to McD).
I've not seen them on any menus but nothing comes up online.
Maybe they had horsemeat in them

I had McDs pancakes on Saturday on the way to Leauchars air show so they haven't been pulled from all stores.0

This has happened to me too.
When I finish a Saturday night shift, I'm stuck in town until the first bus runs at 09:00.
On three separate occasions in the last five weeks, I've gone into Walsall McDonalds and asked for their sausage and pancake meal - to be told that there are no pancakes.
At all.
I know this is a first world problem and it's healthier for me to go without them but still.
Why are McDonalds' choosing not to serve pancakes when they are clearly listed on the menus!!?:huh: Don't know what I'm doing, but doing it anyway... :huh:0 -
I was tempted to take my daughter to subway instead but knowing no free samples are available or worse that kids are banned from staff toilets I decided to take my custom elsewhere
