Post still coming to ex's house

According to the website, Royal Mail Mail collect is free, which would mean the ex could continue to use the address as a mailing address, but collect all mail from the sorting office. This may in fact be more convenient, as it doesn't rely on having to come to the house.
Wouldn't that mean the OP having to collect mail too?. . .I did not speak out
Then they came for me
And there was no one left
To speak out for me..

A. The person that moved out can be made to stop using the address as the address for their business and still getting business post and calls put though.
B. That person can legally insist that they do carry on using their old address to run their business from.
I know some of this makes no sense, why would someone want to run a business not from their address/phone number, but just try to ignore that.
No but the person living there can put on the letter, return to sender, no longer at this address...0
