Noodle doesn't look like a flyby night operator.In fact they are backed by some equity based company so we can imagine the marketing brain behind noodle concept.In reality operators might have to accept noodle as a network or themselves they have to give access to their own gateway for cheap calls abroad.In India whether you call from sim , landline or calling card rates are almost same unlike in Uk where we pay 10 to 20 times more than the calling card rates.

Hopefully noodle will add another fire to this mobile market which will be beneficial for the consumer.
