I guess it does depend on how much you earn through them, last year I got £271 from them so have no problem paying the £5 fee as a thank you for the higher % rate and quick payments.

However my next door only made £12 in the last year so do not see the need to pay a £5 fee which makes sense.

For those who get a bit more back I think they can be better off paying the fee as the pay out is a lot quicker and safely transferred to preferred payment option

Plus TCB have been very good about chasing up non payers or late payers so very happy with them.

They tricked me as well, cancelling my membership and will warn others too.
  • I was on the plus membership without realising too. I have checked my emails back to 2013 and can't find anything about signing up. I find it strange that I have always had a good level of cashback on my account but they have only recently charged me £5 x 2 for 2 years membership.
I have asked to be downgraded and they refunded me £5.

    Why oh why do people:

    1) bump posts from ages ago

    2) Think free trials revert back when finished. Please, someone, for sanity sake, point out ANY online free trial that reverts back after the trial is over?

I honestly can't think of one.
