Thanks for this, I didn't even realise I had been upgraded!0

Thanks for that. Just checked and was on last day to downgrade:T0

Thanks for this. I knew mine had upgraded on the free trial, but didn't realise it would go to the full paid version with no warning.
Stupid of me really as I'm normally more careful. Just checked and am on last day of free trial, so really appreciate your timely warning!
Have downgraded back down now.0 -

First I've heard about this and it looks like they've put me on the £5 plan with no option to downgrade. Thieving gits. Tempted to go back to Quidco, they might not payout as much but they seem like a much more honest, trustworthy company to me.0

I am confused - surely it is worth it for the 5% increment instead of the 1% on the classic. Am I missing something?
Thanks.
If you spend a lot then it is probably worth it.
But my understanding of the % top-up is that for example if it was 6% cashback with Classic they would top-up by 1% (of the 6%) making it 6.06% and the Plus would top-up 5% (of the 6%) making it 6.3%.
So on a £10 transaction cashback would be 60p and 63p. Plus giving you an extra 3p.0 -
As said. TCB(IME) offered a trial of Plus
So you must have selected that
I,like the others didnt and so are still on the basic free version
I can't remember being given an option to take the trial or not, it just started and I assumed it would revert back if I didn't opt in, which I definitely didn't. I have contacted TCB now & hope to get it changed as my trial period ended 3 days ago and there is no way to change it back online.0 -

Yes, you are right, the extra 5% is 5% of the cashback percentage, not an extra 5% in addition to it.
Very sneaky wording in my view, but they have been sneaky with the upgrade too. I used to trust them more than other cashback sites but now..........?0 -

When you log in to your account go to the Overview page then under 'My Profile' you should see your membership level with the option to change it.0 -
This is quite fair.
Whilst the trial period was going you were given extra % earnings than the standard membership and it was an opt out situation. Topcashback are being fair. As they have not charged you you can ask to be put back to normal membership and have less % returns.
I think £5 is cheap for the extra%.0
