As a new member I am not allowed to post links, but if people go to the European Ombudsman site you can see there has been a formal complaint made about the European Commission publishing the NEB guidelines and requesting they be taken down.

Me too! At the very least we can now say that the European Ombudsman is looking into the matter (in whatever sense) which may help persaude the courts not to place undue weight on them.

A new European Ombudsman was sworn in a couple of days ago. I suspect that has delayed it briefly but I wouldn't anticipate it taking too much longer.
