    If it's inconvenient - specific alerts (or even all of them) can be disabled.

    Guess what? ... I rebooted this morning and up popped a little red shield :T


    I was getting quite concerned that I hadn't got a shield like everyone else LOL! ... disappeared when I switched updates back on but at least I know it exists now ;)
