Yes, I've got the same. Presumably they're sending it out to all their customers. I took my policy out independently years ago by contacting them so I'm pretty certain I won't get anything.

I said no so now my DD is up to £94 a month. OH well, its just £6 more and I knew it would not stay at the current level forever and if this is the start of another 8 month winter its going to be the correct amount anyway -we've only got electric.

Anyway it still feels like a minor victory but I've still got sky to tackle who overcharged for for 3 months line rental and United futilites :rotfl:
