Sorry but I don't get this.

It's as if people have a right to a glitch and when it doesn't work they throw a hissy fit.

Time to grow up, take it on the chin, and realise that it doesn't always work.

I've done many a test that have not gone to plan, a simple walk to CS to return the items, then move onto the next one.

Remember the apg glitch :)well I'm using Sanex that did not glitch:)
As you say "take it on the chin"

My son had to fill in a form at the job centre a couple of years ago and phoned me asking who'd died recently. When I asked him what that info was for he said the form asked if he'd had any recent grievances they should know about :rotfl:

Afternoon all. I am so thoroughly :eek:
I'm a mag subscriber and got a phone call a month ago to take out 4 copies of Grazia for £1, blah blah. I normally just say no but i did this time. Then cancelled 21 days later. Just saw £35 taken out of my account.

when i called to ask why, she said it was up to me to cancel DD (despite me sending them an email, i never got a response from them. turns out they did send an email but i never received it.) The onus is on my to cancel DD.

So Im £35 lighter and so cross. Trying to find out who the MD/ sales director is so i can blast off a strongly worded email. Am fuming!!!

tiger, ask your bank to refund as per the Direct Debit Guarantee Scheme, I'm still catching up, so sorry if someone's already mentioned it. Your bank will refund you and (your bank) will claim back from the retailer, as you hadn't authorised the payment.

I just shrugged my shoulders :D:)

People claiming too many times for the offers (perhaps on different accounts to get round any restrictions)? Their system not recording transactions correctly to remove offers when they have used up that product's marketing budget (assume they get a certain amount available and their promotion of the app led to a significant increase which they weren't prepared for)?

They have mentioned a small number of users causing the issue but we don't know exactly what said people have done - they have mentioned manually checking receipts in the past and perhaps some unscrupulous users have submitted the same receipts through multiple accounts (why you would I don't know as they had excellent offers to start with that were lucrative for normal and Elite without abuse ...).

Thats one of the great things about this form of marketing, every single transaction can be accounted for, every payment can be logged to a person, buying habits can be formed and all this info can be used to improve the way things are done. One of the big things is to make sure that the offers hit as many people as possible, rather than a few benefiting repeatedly. A bit like someone emptying the supermarket of mags to get the vouchers - not strictly fair, but they know it happens, they just cant stop it. With the cashback system they can stop it, because they can trace every single action. They can also log your IP address, I am sure they can compare images fairly easily, they could be logging other items purchased on your receipts to see what else you buy. They can build up a picture of the demographic of the users and use this to sell the services they offer to more companies, who at the end of the day, want to sell products!

Does this help? It's meant to be a table lol showing the amount of PP on each item and comparing to which shop.DON'T FORGET YOUR FILLERS!None of the other meal deal items affect your PP.

    Product - A$da - M0rrisons

    Chicken Korma - £1.50 - £1.00

    Chicken Jalfrezi - £1.50 - £1.00

    Chicken Tikka - N/A - £1.00

    Veg Spring Rolls - 50p - N/A

    Veg Samosas - N/A - 30p

    Big Cheese Pizza* - N/A - £2.50

*Must buy the pizza in 2's or 4's as M's deal is 2 for £3.Single cheese pizzas only give £1.75.

And as always, subject to change and daily confirmation!

Thanks for this list Smart1e, that helps. :)

Hope everyone has remembered you must buy 2 pizzas otherwise they will not compare at £2.50 as offer is 2 for £3 in Morries. ;)EDIT: THIS GLITCH HAS BEEN CORRECTED NOW NO LONGER COMPARING COMES BACK N/A

I have been thinking there must be some other flavours in the Morrisons 2 for £3 deal, I don't have a store near me and can find no info online what flavours are in the deal. I know tiger has posted what flavours don't work in her list. I have been thinking maybe the ham and pineapple one might compare. If I knew Ms sold it in the 2 for £3 offer I might give it a go.
