Sorry but I don't get this.

It's as if people have a right to a glitch and when it doesn't work they throw a hissy fit.

Time to grow up, take it on the chin, and realise that it doesn't always work.

I've done many a test that have not gone to plan, a simple walk to CS to return the items, then move onto the next one.

Not sure - as I only checked that she had bought the correct items rather than checking her receipt on Tesco site. She was in Mr T at about 1.25 pm - I have a feeling they must update their system at 1 pm :mad:

Wonders what the issue's are ?

People claiming too many times for the offers (perhaps on different accounts to get round any restrictions)? Their system not recording transactions correctly to remove offers when they have used up that product's marketing budget (assume they get a certain amount available and their promotion of the app led to a significant increase which they weren't prepared for)?

They have mentioned a small number of users causing the issue but we don't know exactly what said people have done - they have mentioned manually checking receipts in the past and perhaps some unscrupulous users have submitted the same receipts through multiple accounts (why you would I don't know as they had excellent offers to start with that were lucrative for normal and Elite without abuse ...).
