People claiming too many times for the offers (perhaps on different accounts to get round any restrictions)? Their system not recording transactions correctly to remove offers when they have used up that product's marketing budget (assume they get a certain amount available and their promotion of the app led to a significant increase which they weren't prepared for)?

They have mentioned a small number of users causing the issue but we don't know exactly what said people have done - they have mentioned manually checking receipts in the past and perhaps some unscrupulous users have submitted the same receipts through multiple accounts (why you would I don't know as they had excellent offers to start with that were lucrative for normal and Elite without abuse ...).

It could be any of that...or they could be blaming users rather than admitting their own fault ;)

How many people got cashback for shops they didn't do? How many people got more cashback paid out than they should have? Not even by any underhand means, they just paid out willy nilly on some accounts

ETA: interesting to see "willy" doesn't get censored :rotfl:

Their CS seems to be moving again though. I emailed them on 5th about missing payments, I got no reply so I resent the email today and I have a reply already. All sorted :)

Sorry but I don't get this.

It's as if people have a right to a glitch and when it doesn't work they throw a hissy fit.

Time to grow up, take it on the chin, and realise that it doesn't always work.

I've done many a test that have not gone to plan, a simple walk to CS to return the items, then move onto the next one.

    :T couldn't agree more!
My Sister rang me about the pizza glitch last night and I always tell her it's a glitch and it can be corrected at any time.
She always says 'it's too much hard work' and 'can't you do it for me' which drives me round the bend
Needless to say I leave her to do it herself and knowing my luck she's probably decided to go and grab some BNI pizzas this afternoon :rotfl:
    Historic Debt August 2009 = £63,600 10th March 2017 = £0 100% paid all gone!
    Mortgage started June 2015 = £170,000 January 2022 = £134,000
    Saving for Xmas 2022= . . Amazon £55
