I got to the second page on the TSB account sign up and got kicked off with message about finding a local branch as they need evidence of address, is everyone else getting the same?

After a somewhat confusing morning when I (eventually) found out that my online application yesterday was not actually registered I began to open one on the phone. The advisor told me to go into a branch with my ID documents (????) and as I have one really close I did this. No problem at all, spoke to a charming young man who promptly opened two Classic Enhance accounts for me there and then.

I didn't want to take up his time doing the third one as they were really overwhelmed with people.

Both are showing online and I have dribbled some funds in already. I will open the third one later in the week.

Not as smooth as perhaps TSB would like but nonetheless the staff were cheerful and helpful.

Oh, and no need for direct debits either!

I never got that question asked on my TSB application. Did on the BOS but put in Glasgow postal code and applications went through as they are all in Scotland unless you go through the telephone option and mine is Glasgow via Leeds

Before this weekend, I had my current account, business account, 2 loans and a credit card all with lloydstsb.

I can see the business account and one of the loans with TSB internet banking, but when I've managed to log on to the Lloydstsb site, it says I don't have any accounts with them.

I'm supposed to have been paid today, but I can't check the money has come through properly, and I can't pay my bills online. The whole thing is a shambles.

Has anyone else had accounts disappear?

It says you can use the same log in details that you use for Lloydstsb for the TSB website but when I try to do this my username etc is not recognised. Wonder if you have to wait for the new TSB classic account to be opened before logging in.

IGNORE THE ABOVE IT SEEMS YOU CAN ONLY USE SAME LOG IN DETAILS IF YOUR ACCOUNTS HAVE BEEN TRANSFERRED OVER.
