Lloydstsb to Tsb

I'm still not able to log into my online banking on either Lloyds TSB's site or the new TSB site. The former seems to recognise my user ID, but doesn't get any further than "Online Banking is currently unavailable" or something similar, and the TSB site says my user ID is invalid. I thought things were supposed to be working by 10am today?

My internet banking works just fine, but I've just discovered that my direct debits are gone. I'll have to set them up again which is annoying. At least they weren't too many.

It's working now - for some reason I had to reset my security details, but no problems now. Phew!

I would leave them alone, atleast until tomorrow. Mine were not appearing but have now appeared.

My lloyds account does not show online with HBOS, how have you done a transfer? or is it only lloyds to hbos and not the other way around

pqrdf wasn't saying that accounts with Lloyds/Halifax show up on the other's internet banking, but that when you make a payment from Halifax to Lloyds (or vice-versa), it'll show up on the statement as 'TFR' (i.e. an internal transfer) rather than 'FPO'/'FPI' (i.e. a Faster Payment Out/In).

So Halifax <-> Lloyds transfers don't actually enter the Faster Payments system, but it seems that Lloyds <-> TSB transfers do.

There is a reason for this.

Lloyds > Halifax - both remain part of Lloyds banking group.

Lloyds > Tsb - tsb will be sold off so will be independent next summer.

Still no joy with the online application. Seems they have taken it down completely now - at least you don't have to go through 5 pages of application form before they tell you the application is unavailable. Hope they will have it running in the morning.

I got to the second page on the TSB account sign up and got kicked off with message about finding a local branch as they need evidence of address, is everyone else getting the same?
