I've had messages almost every day this last week telling me the internet accounts can't be accessed between 1.00pm yesterday and 10.00 am today.....did nobody else get these messages?? ATM's and paying with cards should be OK.

And I've just applied for a new account there - no problems except right at the end when trying to get the pdf version of my application and now got lots of script errors. Hopefully it's not stopping the application.

BBC Radio 4 Moneybox on Saturday said 11pm Saturday until 10am Sunday. Your typo or BBC error?

It was 1pm for opening new accounts and 11pm for online banking.

Have set up payees to move money between my Lloyds and TSB accounts. Pity they couldn't have dispensed with the phone calls.

Phone call is exactly the same. Missed opportunity to be different there.

Interestingly, payments between Lloyds and TSB are going as FPs, rather than TFRs as they do between Lloyds and HBOS.

I like the phone confirmation - stops any hacker from setting themselves up as a recipient and cleaning out your account.

Different financial institution, so it cannot be an internal transfer.

The application process is still not working correctly. I tried to get my first "Enhance" set up but it's failing at the final step with "This application is currently unavailable".
