Just click on her username above, an option to PM is thereWhen posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.

In fact we are keeping a list of cases to help others - so if you don't mind sending me a pm with the whole assessor's decision and case number (no name nor car reg of course) for future help, for people with small claims or POPLA appeals v ParkingEye, I would be most grateful.
Hi PM sent. Let me know whether you received the content and it's OK ? I couldn't find a file attach feature to use in PM so copied and pasted the content from the appeal letter....hope this is ok for you ?0 -
Yep that's great and we will add it to the list of PE cases found in favour of the motorist, on that basis.
Many thanks,

They sent us a letter with a picture of our car saying we went 20 minutes over our time, and just wanted to know if there was anything we could do about this.
Any information would be great.
Sorry but you hi-jack a thread where the OP won against a scammer then ask if there is anything you can do, have you bothered to read anything?0 -
hi, just a thanks to everyone for the advice on this thread
I entered the car park and left within 13 minutes not being able to pay the £10 parking for the day, got a notice when returning home and appealed to Parking Eye which was rejected
Appealed to Popla and PE didn't respond to them so charge was cancelled, used the usual fees not displayed etc
So well worth contesting0 -
Good result, well done. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Hi the same thing has just happened to us. We parked their for under 2 hours in July whikst on holiday. We paid and displayed our ticket and have now received a fine. Ours was a hire car who have also charged us an additional £42 for administration in forwarding the fine to us. I would grateful for advice.0

please start your own new thread for advice as this thread is very old and a lot has changed since this thread was posted
and name the PPC involved , and car park location too
its not a fine either , its an invoice , which obviously the hire company dont understand either
thank you0 -
Ive just received the same notice demand for the same location in Tower Road, Newquay. I have email proof of payment from PayByPhone but the demand letter has come from ParkingEye???
I saw you comment about recipe of this within 14 days ... however, in my case that wasn't the case. What difference does this make?0
