OVIVO: Network failure?

Anybody got any service on the Ovivo network? Can make outgoing calls, geting "Number not recognized" trying to call my mobile from a landline. http://ovivomobile.com/4393/blog/issue-with-outbound-traffic-on-oviv/

no they were sms messages.....think I tried 3 times to send a message but as soon as I turned wi-fi on it sent ok.
Don't ask me how or why,but it worked
