  • Small tip which may help???

Just contacted JustFab (Just!!!!!) this morning, as i noticed they took £35 from my account. I knew the reason why as i forgot to skip the month by the 5th. So when I phoned up i took full responsibility and the lady on the phone offered to sign up for monthly emails so I wont forget to skip the month or not. I then proceeded to ask for a refund which at first the lady seemed hesitant about, she asked me if wanted to keep my membership, so I had an idea to use my membership as leverage, I said ill will keep my subscription as long as I get my refund. After that she was more than happy to give me my refund, which in received back into my paypal minutes after i put down the phone. I obviously have no intention of keeping my membership, but the lady doesn't need to know that ;) ,so i will phone next week to cancel it.

So for anyone is struggling to get JustFab to agree to refunding thier money, i would recommend saying that you will keep your membership if your money is refunded and then cancel your subscription later or when the money is refunded.
  • Just fab have took £70 out of my bank account for this "membership" that I had no idea about they do not tell you about this membership! Absolute scam and then when you try to phone it doesn't ring! I have emailed them saying if I do not get a call by midday Sunday I am going to take matters further, I just want to know did anyone else get their money back? I will take them to trading standards if I do not receive my money asap absolutely livid website needs to be shut down
  • How did you manage to get it through PayPal? They just keep telling me justfab has done nothing wrong!

    Tia
  • Hi I have just experienced the self same problem and response from Just Fab .co.uk as many other customers who have posted on this site.

As per other peoples experience they are refusing to refund the money taken from my account.

The advisers /customer service is absolutely useless and unhelpful - I have also had lengthy telephone conversations that have been frustrating and unhelpful.

I have now threatened to take them to the county court so we shall see what happens next.
I would really stay very clear of this company who obviously have no interest in their customers and clearly are only interested in conning people out of their money

Dont you agree for the money to be debited from the account ?

No idea how the site works but do enlighten me.

I bought an item from Fabletics for £23 and have just noticed that I've had a further 2 deductions via paypal for £44 from Justfab. Attempting to log into Justfab and am not registered with them. Where is my £88 I wonder. Presumably there will be a credit showing somewhere. Hopefully I'll get a refund from Paypal. Any suggestions greatly appreciated.

Paypal don't just give your money away, you must have signed up to a recurring payment. Log into you Paypal account and cancel the authorisation. Have you received anything for your £23 or your £88?

Hi! New to this but desperately trying to get contact details of someone who has some authority with this horrible, horrible company! I had never heard of the company until I discovered £1855 had been taken via monthly £35 payments from my paypal account over a period of 41/2 years! YES! I should have been checking my paypal statements but due to medical issues I was unable to scroll through every item conscientiously every month and so they got away with it! Paypal explained the whole scenario of VIP club etc I had no clue it is not a site I would shop from I don!!!8217;t think they cater for disabled pensioners! I contacted them immediately I found a number that didn!!!8217;t ring out and told them I wanted an immediate refund! I have been advised they have no account either in my name, addresss or email address. I even gave them my daughter in laws details although a long shot....very long shot but I occasionally have bought something for her on line and in case I was going senile! I made the first call on the 19th April and have been batted back and forth from phone calls to emails ever since. They have a copy of my paypal statement verifying the amount, billing ID and date of original transaction. They asked me for the last four digits of the card the money was being taken from .....nope nothing shown on their system or so I!!!8217;m told. Frustrating, stressful doesn!!!8217;t even come close! Every time you phone its back to the beginning ! Now I have told them I want a fraud investigation into who made the initial transaction because it certainly wasn!!!8217;t me and a full refund with immediate effect! The reply was I can only pass on the information and someone will contact you! There!!!8217;s no way that is going to happen!
BTW Paypal will not refund because there is a billing ID?!
Sorry for the long story but if this stops just one person using this site it will be a win! I read through previous comments and see their are contact details for a person in the UK because everyone I have spoken with thus far is in the Philippines! I will try that Monday if no resolution go down the small claims route if I can.....

my wife just got stuck with this, she bought some shoes, then realised about the subscription so cancelled the account, she didn't realise that cancelling via the website doesn't cancel the VIP membership so she was billed for VIP but has no account, support say they cant help as she doesn't have an account - but they are happy to take he money. im having to raise it with the bank to get them to help.
