I bought some shoes with JustFab before Christmas last year. The rate was cheaper if I registered for a VIP account so I did this. The account automatically takes £35 from my bank account each month unless you go to their website and 'skip this month'. £70.00 was taken from my account before I realised about the charges.
You cannot cancel with them unless you ring them. I spoke with a Filipino lady who was very polite, but they were clearly trying to keep the account and money. It's possibly scripted, but she listened to everything I had to say. I told her that my bank had informed me they had set up a monthly payment with them. I also said that there is no other way of contacting them apart from the premium phone number, which is hard to find.
They first offered me £35.00 refund and credit on the account, but I was assertive and asked for a full refund and to cancel the account. They agreed to do this and I have had an email to confirm the account has been closed. They said the money will be back in my bank account in 3-5 working days.0 -
Lots of ways to contact them here.

None of them are a premium rate number.0 -
Hi I recently found out they were charging me £35 a month for a subscription I never knew I’d signed up to after checking my paypal statements. I worked out it happened when I bought a £19 bag at ‘vip’ price a year ago. They had took a total of nearly £500 off me through my paypal so I did my research and phoned up citizens advice who I found really helpful. I got no where on the phone to them and the women just made out that I was ‘stupid’ and refused to cancel my membership. So I wrote a letter with all the evidence of how they never notified me of what I was signing up to and how they heavily mislead me and did not make anything clear. After 2 working days of sending the letter they had cancelled my membership and refunded all the money back to me! Didn’t even receive a letter of apology0
