Either, and, or both then - take your pick :rotfl:
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

I phoned Innes England, who said that they could not pass on their client's details due to data protection. They took my details and said they would pass them on to the landlord of the site - who in turn would contact me (which they haven't).

When I enquire, companies renting units on the site ask me to contact Smart Parking with queries. When I explain the situation - they say that they are unable to pass details on regarding the landlord (either don't know them or are unwilling to).

This was all previous to my last post. Yesterday I phoned Farmfoods again and insisted on speaking to the manager. He suggested speaking to their customer services department - which have apparently dealt with similar situations for customers before. The person I spoke to from customer services seemed helpful - and said that they had dealt with Parking Eye previously. He had never dealt with Smart Parking however. He took my details, said he would look into it and would get back to me.

I will give it till the weekend and if I've heard nothing from Farmfoods, I will fire off emails to each of the companies with units at the site (as you have kindly suggested).

Sounds like you are getting somewhere. Do keep us informed!

    Fabulous news!

Just so I can add your success to the top sticky thread of complaint successes, could you tell us who influenced the cancellation. Which firm swung it?

Good, that's the second one we have where Farmfoods were great and stepped in when no-one else would! Do you have the email or phone number of Farmfoods please, which would help others?

I will add your case to the above sticky for posterity, in a moment.
