Unable to install drivers on my Inspiron 1300 Laptop

    Correct Service Tag, but wrong Driver. There are a choice of two, the OP needs the other one.

    I am unable to install
    1. the audio and video drivers,
    2. Wireless network drivers

    I was able to install the service utilities, the chipset and the broadcom 440x

    The problem is I cannot start the internet as when I put in the o2 CD it says that the Netword Adaptor is missing.

    I cannot find the network adaptor seperately. I thought that it might be in the chipset.

    Any help please.

    Service Utility? What is that? Get rid.
    Broadcom Advance Control Suite? Get rid. You don't need extra startup programs slowing your experience.

    Thank you very much. But how do I UN-install drivers from my computer?

    Edit:
    The laptop was again getting so slow as I had intalled a lot of drivers which were probably not needed and making it slow.
    I am starting the process again with the re-installation CD
    I wanted to thankyou a million times but its a shame that I can press the button just once :T

    If its the wirless card driver you mean - its the dell 1370 mini card driver you need.
