Very happy to hear that the boys are home - you've worked so hard to make it so.
Hope the aches and pains diminish soon.
Had to laugh about Colin having made a new friend. Trust him to find one who's willing to feed his 'poor, malnourished body'0 -
Piq!!
They could have marked down the blood stained t shirt and you could have bought it.
Money in is money in the right direction.Trying to shift that debt!0 -

:rotfl::rotfl:Never thought of that! I didn't like the top I bled all over any way, completely see through, I don't like white tops that are semi transparent. M&S called this morning to see if I was okay, pretty caring of them I think.Total debt at October 2008: £67,213.30

Off for the lunch time shift very shortly. I finish at seven so will be able to bring the boys in from the field then and sort out a light dinner for them. Colin is at Aunty Vera's enjoying chicken o'clock. I can see him blatantly sitting on her windowsill waiting!
I'm hoping for a quiet afternoon as I'm reading a laugh out loud book, probably gets me a few funny looks, but what the heck! For those of you interested it is called The Rosie Project If Sheldon amuses you, this will too.

Piq - sorry to hear about your bleeding all over stock in MandS. But take it from me - be grateful you didn't do it in mrT's .....Despite cutting my hand on a broken glass jar of product that was on their shelf, they were quite happy to take 10 minutes to amble after a plaster #notboffered. No accident book, no concern (well, the shop assistants didn't want to catch anything 'nasty' from me, but apart from that....), a cheap plaster and no follow-up p/call....
Super to hear that the 'boys' have settled in their new home so quickly.

A-ha! Then we have to think like a Colin....... If we prostrated ourselves across any access way into/out of the property, well, Aunty Vera wouldn't step over us, would she? would she????:rotfl::rotfl:

Just catching up... So So pleased that the family is back together
Love the ever opportunistic Colin...what would we do without him?? We are thinking about getting a cat in the summer...am not sure if I can manage any drama though. Reading your stories makes me remember what they can be like when they are younger....ours was so old that he was wonderfully sedate and just mooched about looking haughty
