Who do you love?

Who do you love in your life?
Assuming most people love their parents, their partners, and their children - do you love siblings, aunts and uncles, cousins? Friends? Colleagues?! In-laws? Has this changed over the years?
And leading on for that....who do you tell that you love?

Yes I love my brother and my mum. I dont love colleagues, have no inlaws, nor aunts and uncles or cousins
Im not big on saying I love you, in fact none of my family are, but we know we love one another, we are there for one another through the good and the bad times
I dont use the L word lightly, if I say it, I mean it0 -
I love my parents, two of my grandparents, my siblings, my nieces and nephews and my closest friends. I don't have a partner or children, but I've loved previous partners, briefly.

Oh, and my dogs of course!
I tell them all, not every single time I see them though obviously.0 -
TBH, now my parents are dead, it's just my husband.
I have some good friends, who are important to me, but I wouldn't say I love themEarly retired - 18th December 2014

My friends and family. I lost my mum in December. Don't have any siblings or dad so my Friends/Auntys/cousins ate now my 'family'.
I used to tell my mum I loved her every night when I said goodnight. But never really said it to anyone else.
Now, If I love them, I tell them. This year had taught me to show the people you appreciate that you appreciate them. Let them know they are important to you.Sigless0 -
Hmmm interesting question.. I love my immediate family (brothers, sister, nephews, nieces, mum and my dad who has now passed). I also love my Auntie who is like another sibling to me.
I love my OH but that is a really different love - it feels more intense and more obvious if you know what I mean.
I love my baby although unborn I fear for his safety and would be devastated if anything happened to him! Again though, it's like a different love to my OH and my other family members.
Friends - I'm not sure about. If I lost them I'd be gutted and I would miss them in my lives but I don't worry about losing them like I do with family/OH and baby so I guess it isn't love?0 -
besides hubby and kids, i love my younger sister and my nephew and my two best female friends. And my lovely cats of course. In fact i love my nephew like he's my own. Love for anyone other than my hubby and kids was a long time coming though - i didnt recognise it.0

Weren't your aunties and cousins always family? :rotfl:
Other than my family I only really have two friends who I love and recciprocate.
Mind you I may love my family, but I don't always like them.
Lost my soulmate so life is empty.
I can bear pain myself, he said softly, but I couldna bear yours. That would take more strength than I have -

I love my dad, step mum, sister, niece and nephew. I have a couple of aunts who I have always had a close relationship with and love dearly. The love I feel for my children is immense. They have brought more to my life than I ever imagined possible. My closest friends I have known since play group days and they have shared every part of my life. They are more like brothers and sisters to me and I love them and value them very much.
The person that I loved more than anyone else was my ex husband. I cant put into words what I once felt for him. When we were together I could not imagine what life would be like without him. I am not sure I will ever love that way again. The best day of your life is the one on which you decide your life is your own, no apologies or excuses. No one to lean on, rely on or blame. The gift is yours - it is an amazing journey - and you alone are responsible for the quality of it. This is the day your life really begins.0
