There's something called a Search function at the to of this page which I searched 2011 under your User Name and it amused me some of your posts like when you claimed that prices had another 17% to fall at the end of 2009. Put it this way, I wasn't wrong with my comments...
Congratulations. As I predicted you would be as sad to spend time searching out my old posts, which is what greedy housing trolls like you love to do. All my opinions and forecasts if you call them that, still stand to be accurate based on the information at the time. Since then we have had an improvement in the economy and crucially the FLS and HTB which have changed the game - more ponzi props never thought possible even by housing VI's. As I say even Brown couldn't have come up with scheme as stupid as this, and done by the free market tories, even more unthinkable.

I love this fall back concept that spending 15 seconds doing a search is "sad".

Protip: If you don't want people to point out stupid things you've said, don't say stupid things.

Sad isn't the right term. If God wished us to have hindsight then he would created us with it.

We've all got hindsight. It's a useful tool for reviewing past decisions and opinions.

Ahh the typical defence from someone who gets so much wrong in their life.

Best tell Martin Lewis that using the Search function is sad. I call it more, showing that you're a clueless small minded little man...
    Congratulations.
    Thank you.

Only a fool doesn't look back at their failures and successes and tries to improve themselves. It's only a problem if someone dwells too much on failure that they are too scared to try again and succeed or they have crowed to much about their success that they are too afraid to try again and fail.

Little eh. Keep imagining... I think you are showing how you like to again provoke and insult for no reason. You know little about my life or how much I may have got wrong or right other than what I may have posted if you are that interested to spend hours reading and studying. What is really the case or not and how relevant it may really be to myself only I know. It is very sad when the search function is used to study a particular persons posts for the purposes of trying to get one over on someone. I have seen it many times. "Oh but you said this" quote, and "in 2008 you said this" quote, but then you said this quote. Very pointless, childish and a waste of time. I have no time for it. You do seem to be an example of the worst that comes out of the personality of the British.

I know what you are going to do now if you haven't already... you are going to spend the next few evenings just reading my posts, to see what you can drag up for more arguements. This is not what this or any forum is about, people like you have spoiled the forum and turned it into a less helpful and pleasant place. That is one reason why I seldom use it.

Not really. I've just told you facts that you are wrong about on your prediction as you were totally wrong about your other predictions. Don't get upset because you get things wrong.
I have no time for it.
No time for it!? Really?? For someone with no time for it, you really did make an effort to make that post...
I know what you are going to do now if you haven't already... you are going to spend the next few evenings just reading my posts
No I won't. The search probably only took about 90 seconds. One of the funny ones I found is where you claimed that QE was printing money and we would become Zimbabwe. I laughed at you some more then.

Don't forget your coat on the way out Martin....
