Hi everyone, can I join?
I need to lose 8st, all this excess weight is making me depressed and I really need to lose it for my health more than anything. I only go out of the house once a week to visit my parents, I cant face going out in public due to my weight. this is the first time i have owned up to this. I need motivation so thought if I joined in this thread then maybe this will help. I also need to get my shopping budget under control. I will be following the slimming world plan. I will dig out an excercise video its an old MR MOTIVATER! I will do that when my to youngest 2 are in bed.

Lol Lucy me too - 5 years ago I went into the hairdressers with hair down my back and said "cut it all off". The hairdresser was over the moon!!
Amani - there are plenty of ways to get exercise without leaving the house, just take it slow to begin with and don't expect miracles. Once you have a bit more confidence then walking is one of the best ways to kick start weight loss!0 -
