Could I just say that if you had wanted to eat crisps and chocolate,that a small milky way and a packet of quavers would amount to roughly the same calories as the 5 plums (200 cals) don't deny yourself the food you want,with wise choices,you can have your cake and eat it

This is a pic of me about 6 months ago. I've gained another 10lbs since then. I've hardly got any pics of me where you can just see me and not a flippin drum kit/ sound desk/ lighting rig/ lorry in front of me. OH has some on his camera though so I'll get him to stick them on my laptop.

I don't use photobox, but on photobucket, you have to log into your album, then under each photo it gives you a URL for that particular photo - that's what you put between the [IMG][/IMG] thingies. Don't know if it's the same with photobox?
