Try Strawberries, Pineapple or Melon. They are speed food and speed up your metabolism, meaning you burn fat quicker.Current debt - £16,300Debt at worst 17/03/2011 - £18,067.62:eek::eek::ANot going anywhere else, ever again :A0 -
Grapes are too - Slimming World refer to these kinds of foods as "superslimmers".
I did a stint at Weight Watchers a couple of years ago and although it worked and I got down to my fighting weight I was always hungry, ended up with loose skin around my stomach (exercise wasn't an integral part of it), and found my skin was breaking out a lot because sometimes I wasn't eating sensibly.0 -

I found that with WW - worked, but I was obsessed with food, completely obsessed. With SW I know I will always be able to eat something so it's freeing!!CCCS DMP:Feb 07

Thats one of the things I love about SW, it's basically heathly eating and I can still have my chocolate fix if I want it.
