ive done it :j ive done it... i am now in the 15's man this is so good

Weight lost this week ~ 5lbs :eek: ~ Overall weight loss 16lbs... 17st to 15st 12lbs since starting :T

edit ~ this is a con :rotfl:everytime you lose weight you drop callories allowed (i knew this) however i started with 1872 now i have 1561 :rolleyes: oh and also because for the last 2 weeks i have weighed in on the sunday they have kicked in on the sunday ahh well no choc for me today :rotfl:

Well done PAP!!! :T That is amazing!!! I bet you feel on top of the world...shall we celebrate by having a nice piece of cake? Better not! That really is great news, it is such a good feeling when you go down to the next stone bracket!

Have made it back from my run thank goodness! Was running all round the MOD and back home, ran for just over the 30 mins and felt like I was running quite a bit quicker today, don't know if that is cause it is early in the morning as I usually run in my lunch hour. Worked out at about 3 miles so means I am doing about 10 minute miles which is good, means I can run the half marathon in 2 hours if I can keep on with the stamina! Feel really good not but a right sweaty betty so off for a shower in a mo cause my daughter has just informed me that I smell of sweat...and the silly cat is trying to lick my arm as I type (god I have one weird cat!!!) ha ha!!!

thanks hun... wow small world ~ the mod (filton) is not far from me... i live in lawrence weston (i know rough estate but its not really when you have grown up here). Well done on the 3miles... thats amazing... i want to run ~ one day sadly when you look like a barrel you look even worse when you are running :rotfl:and bless your cat...i bet he is after the salt in your sweat, have a lovely shower you deserve it

God knows I need the shower! Being pushed off the computer now by my bossy daughter and ordered into the bathroom! I live in Lockleaze, moved here a few years ago as I was a student at UWE...I was really scared when I first moved here as came from a small town but am used to it now thank goodness! Right my shower awaits!

Helloooo everyone...

Just popped in to brag! Just done the Race for life 5k.. Nearly jibbed at the last minute but DD made me do it and we did it together in 34.07 mins..

She started the day saying 'Do not enter me for this next year' and halfway round she told me not to enter next year as I will slow her down LOL! I amy even have persuaded her to do a 10K..

Not bad considering the only training I did was to eat for England.

I have a blister on my foot and I am slowly seizing up- but man do I feel good...

Well done Sammy that's amazing! Let me know how the seizing up thing goes as I would love to know for when I do my run/s...must have been great running with your DD...hopefully one day I will be able to do the same...if I can ever get her off her backside...all she wants to do at the mo is sit in front if the dam Disney channel...I have gotta do something soon!

Anyways, a huge well done to youuuuuuuuuu!

I'm feeling like a useless lump today, which is pretty normal really as I've just been to see the parents :mad:

Oh it's just life up to it's usual tricks.

Well, I was off to T4 today but had to dep it last minute, not that I'm particularly bothered about that. OH has been offered a full time position with a promoter, which means he will be touring with a range of different bands. It's a great opportunity, he'll be up there with the god of sound Colin Norfield (the most respected engineer in the industry), in fact he'll be monitor engineer with Colin with one band) anyway, he'll have a great CV and he really deserves the position. I'm really happy for him.

But, this means that we're going to pull out of the business deal. Part of the deal included us running the London branch of the company who were buying us. To be honest, neither of us fancied this very much, it was only written in a couple of weeks ago, we did agree to give them 6 months to allow time for us to complete the transfer of clients from us to them. Suddenly last week they decided they wanted 18 months. OH would hate it and to be honest so would I. So, last night OH and I cancelled our gigs for this weekend and had an emergency meeting.

At 3 am this morning we decided to pull out and let OH take the position offered, he'll be so much happier doing this. As for our business, we've decided to offer it for sale anyway as a going concern, as well as selling all of the gear. It's pointless continuing to run the business with him touring all of the time and me working on the drum gigs.

Of course this also means we've pulled out of the house in Nashville too. We're going to wait for a few months to see what money we have from the sale of everything then look to buy something. We don't have to stay in the UK, the idea always was to get OH touring full time so we can live anywhere.

So, I'm depressed because we've just backed out of an awful lot of money, but sometimes you have to consider the cost of that money, don't you.
