Well I really fancy a 'ham salad with crootoons now' and looking at your list chicken pie with chips would do me.....

Sensible head on - maybe beans on wholemeal toast.....bit boring really (sparkle ice lolly for desert:rotfl: )

Sammy I do feel for you, kids eh!

I guess you've tried making contact through any friends he might have? If he has a close friend, even if they say they don't know where he is, you could pass on a letter for him, incase the friend sees him. My guess would be though that any close friends will know how to contact him, so they'd probably be right on the phone with him to say you'd been round. I know when my friend did a disapearing act from home when we were teenagers, I knew exactly where she was (with the goth boyfriend in a camper van at the bottom of his aunty's garden).

It might be worth a try?

Thanks for the kind words Toto

He kind of lost touch with all his friends when he was going through a bad time last year (drugs and all that). He made friends with this one lad and moved in with him and consequently out of the area - and the only number of a friend we did have it goes on to answer phone constantly. He has been in touch with his granny in scotland once (we suspect to tap her up for money as he is rapidly running out of solutions) a while ago but she hasn't heard from him since.

I have just sent an email to missing persons - they might be able to advise us.

sorry if i upset anyone by still posting while in a time of loss :o

Pap - if you think you upset me  then you haven't sweetie. Sh*t happens and I don't expect the rest of you to stop posting like I have done. I just needed some time, to spend with my family and sort of come to terms with things and I'll be back and raring to go tomorrow.

You're an angel and fabulous news on the weight loss, you go girl :j :j

I've not been great either, damn you chocolate digestives!

I've got a busy week working again so bad food.. but I have lost another 1 lb which is pretty good considering. So, if I can keep food sensible with the extra exercise I hope to be back to losing.
